For example Hyperloop. The project of a supersonic train that should allow hundreds of kilometers to be covered in a few minutes.Simplified, Hyperloop is a pneumatic train on a magnetic cushion, which moves inside a tube with a pressure inside close to vacuum. The "wagons" or capsules which, thanks to low aerodynamic resistance, will be able to reach speeds of up to 1150 km / h. This is almost one and a half times higher than the speed of a passenger Boeing.At first, such trains will run between cities within the country, and in the future they will connect countries and even continents.Although Mercedes-Benz has not yet announced any specific plans to develop the Hyperloop system, I think the company will show interest in the technology and will likely follow developments closely.A potential area of interest for Mercedes-Benz could be the development of Hyperloop modules. These pods will be vehicles that carry passengers and cargo through the pressurized tubes of the Hyperloop system. As a leading automaker, Mercedes-Benz has extensive experience in vehicle design and manufacturing and could potentially use this experience to develop advanced Hyperloop modules.
